TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms of Service are a legally binding contract between you and THE CAYMAN COLLECTIVE LTD T/A COLLECTIVE SWIM regarding the use of our website elaborated under Caymanian laws, whose main activity is to enable the display and marketing of products for online purchase by consumers. By visiting collectiveswim.com, you are accepting and consenting to our terms and conditions, as well as to our personal data processing policy, which correspond to the general conditions that will govern the transactions made on our website or in  person. These may be modified from time to time without prior notice, and will be applicable from the time of publication of this website. Users who enter the site collectiveswim.com from countries other than the Cayman Islands may make purchases subject to Caymanian legislation. Please read the following terms of service. If you do not agree with any of the sections presented here you should stop using the site immediately.

CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

After 24 hours of purchase, the box will become FINAL SALE. Returns are not accepted, unless a damaged item is received, in which case the item may be eligible for exchange. In the event the customer receives the wrong size, Collective Swim will exchange the item at no cost to the customer. All exchanges and refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Collective Swim.

PAYMENT

All payments are cash upon delivery at this time. If a sale is made beyond Grand Cayman, we will hold the product until such time as electronic payments can be made. If a payment is not received within 7 days of electronic payments becoming available we will release the hold on the item and no items will be shipped.  All prices on the site and/or social channels are listed in Cayman Islands Dollars (KYD).

DELIVERY POLICY

Deliveries in Grand Cayman can be expected but not guaranteed within 72 hours of an order being placed during normal times, if delivery will take place beyond that the customer will be notified via email and may be  allowed to pick up the item themselves. If a sale is made beyond Grand Cayman, an expected delivery date will be generated and emailed once the item has been shipped.
